Changes in the world of communication have required that agencies are in a constant process of evolution. For this reason, we at FSB have always invested in technology and teams, to offer our clients the most modern solutions.

Last year, for example, we strengthened our successful operation in the digital arena, with a focus on the implementation of communication and relationship strategies in different platforms. We helped clients in the private and government segments to face the challenges of an ever-changing scenario and how to establish a position concerning the use of new technologies.

In 2013, we also kept to our tradition of investing in people. We reinforced the team and brought to the company professionals with broad-based experience in corporate communication, journalism, advertising, internet, investor relations, marketing and technology.

This movement allowed us to further develop operations in the areas of Advertising, Investor Relations, Content Production, Video and Design, which work in an independent and, at the same time, extremely complementary way to the corporate communication work – not to mention the opening of an office in Campinas and the beginning of operations in New York.

In the management area, we signed an important partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to enhance our internal processes. The goal is to make FSB even faster and more efficient and prepare it for new market demands.

In 2014, we hope to continue researching, investing, reorganizing, growing and changing. The only thing we will not give up on is having the best team, to always deliver more than our clients expect. This is the soul of FSB, which we intend to show in this report.
